About
I’m Nate. I was born and raised in Clarksville, TN, and am currently a student at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. I enjoy thinking, writing, listening to music, recording music, playing keyboard, editing videos, watching sports, and talking about things that interest me. I love Jesus, and my hope is to join the story of those who have gone before me in building His Church.
The purpose of this blog is for me to write about what I’m learning, processing, and thinking during this stage of my life. My frustration as long as I can remember has been looking forward to what’s next. I’ve always been told by my family and friends, “don’t wish your life away, Nathaniel! Don’t wish your life away.” This blog is about me taking where I am currently, and thinking about how it might matter in the future. It’s a process I’m hoping will make me more content, and a way for me to leverage where I am now to hopefully be wiser in the future. The previous generation is at bat, and has been as long as I can remember. Soon, though, it’ll be my turn, so I should probably start taking some practice swings on deck.
